I know EXACTLY what you are talking about with the mushy roads... And the powers that be have the nerve to charge us "Rates"! My grandson, who is 8-years-old and has just entered Grade 3 may possibly be moving to the area shortly. Unfortunately, he has no knowledge of Afrikaans, and, although he is very bright, would thus, I fear, be at an enormous disadvantage if he were to attend an Afrikaans medium school.
